Katie Bloom, a mother of 3, suffered from what is now (initially thought an aneurysm) believed to be some sort of arterial dissection on July 17. I’m unsure of what type of arterial dissection the doctor’s are talking about in her case, but in a general sense it loosely means that arteries/vessels in the brain ruptured due to tears in the vessels which results in blood entering into the spaces where the outside and ultimately inside layers were torn.

Please pray for Katie that God will step in and do a little surgery of His own. Pray that she has a speedy recovery, and that she will suffer no long term or permanent damage from this. And, please pray for Katie’s family as well (husband David Bloom, and their 3 children – Taylor (7), Aubree (5), and Sawyer (3 weeks))
